The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Fergbutcher- Butcher’s Box Give Away 2025. In these Terms and Conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Fergbutcher Limited. Any person participating viewing or enrolling through this website, agrees to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
The competition is open to all individuals who are residing in New Zealand at the time of entry.
Participants of all ages are eligible to enter the competition. If the winner is under 18 years of age they must be accompanied by an adult to claim their prize.
How to enter, To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: Enter your details to go in the draw to win Fergbutcher’s – Butcher’s Box Giveaway 2025. How to enter and complete your details in the form. (First Name, Last Name, and Email)
Employees of Fergbutcher and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
The prize is not transferable for cash or store credit.
Prize value is based on full retail value. – prize is worth $200;
Only one entry is allowed per giveaway participant.
Giveaway prizes cannot be mailed to PO boxes or personal address. Winner must collect the prize from Fergbutcher 7 Bush Creek Road – Arrowtown with a valid form of ID (drive license, passport o Kiwi access 18+Cards)
Winners must respond within 48 hours, or another winner will be selected.
Competition Period. Tuesday 1st April 2025 until Wednesday 30th April 2025. Competition ends – Arrowtown Wednesday 30th April 2025 6pm.
Winner will be announced the following day after competition ends.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Fergbutcher Limited which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Fergbutcher Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
Allergy Advice. All our products are manufactured in an environment where nuts, wheat products and milk are processed. Although we take the highest level of care and attention, we unfortunately cannot assure that your product will be completely free from cross contamination. Please let Fergbutcher know of any allergies you may have before collection.
By participating in this Fergbutcher- Butcher’s Box Giveaway 2025, you agree that, if you are selected as a winner, we may use and share your name, photograph, and any submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, our website, press releases, and other marketing materials. You hereby grant Fergbutcher Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce,modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your name andphotograph in connection with the Fergbutcher- Butcher’s Box Giveaway 2024, without any further compensation to you. If you do not wish to grant this license, please do not participate in the Fergbutcher – Butcher’s Box Giveaway 2025.
